Today we are going to look at a prayer for remembering that God is with us. There is space in the prayer for you to include how you are feeling and why you feel that way.

Take some time to think about how you feel, or speak to someone about how you are feeling, and then read through the prayer with your feelings included.

Try to think about other people's feelings as well today. How can you make someone feel better today? Can you make someone laugh today?

I really enjoyed that story - I feel like we can learn so much from Sabryna! She stood up for what she knew was right and worked hard to save the river. She was brave and courageous, but didn’t get angry when people didn’t listen to her at first.

Task- Today I would like you to reflect on the story and write a book review. Don’t spend more than half your writing explaining the story - maybe talk about the characters instead, and build suspense. Also, make sure you don’t give away the ending!

Maths

Mirodo TaskCapacity

Art

Day 20 - Draw a self portrait.

Try to make it as happy and colourful as you can. Why not draw yourself with all of your favourite people, standing under a huge rainbow, surrounded by pizza and puppies! That’s what I would draw!

History

Read the power point presentation about the great fire of London and then answer the assessment questions at the end.

Science

I was watching this video yesterday and thought that some of you might be interested in it too. Has anyone ever been to the nature centre? It’s now called the Birmingham Wildlife Conservation Park and they are showing lots of their animals off on live streams while the park is closed. They are explaining different adaptations and all about how the animals like to live, as well as lots of fun facts! Have a watch and see what you learn!

They have filmed these through facebook - so you might need an adult to help you if you want to watch them all.
