Year 4 are the best readers in the school and now you can really prove it! We are going to embark on an exciting voyage where we will create a book project to share when we return to school. We all have different books to choose from and each day, we can add to our project. Create a front page for your project. You can either draw this or use your technical wizardry on the computer.

Today's task - I want you to reread the first chapter of your book. How does the story hook you in at the beginning? Make a list of words and phrases that you feel are effective in making you want to read on. What images are being used to help you?
