Firstly, we are sorry if you feel a little bombarded by emails; we are trying our best to communicate with you but as things are changing, we have to respond and let you know.

Although we have already asked families of key workers to contact us, we now have an alternative method to do so. If you follow the link below, you will be able to complete a form electronically giving us all the information we require in order to staff school sufficiently next week.

For those families, who have already contacted school, we understand if you don't want to complete another document and while there is no obligation to do so, we would be grateful if you could spare the time as it will collate all information centrally.

Once again, an important reminder, that while you may qualify as a key worker, if you have alternative safe provision, please use this first. The government's agenda is to drastically reduce the number of pupils and staff in schools overall to slow the spread of this virus as quickly as possible.
