Dear Parents and Carers,

As you are all aware, the announcement made by the Prime Minister, Boris Johnson yesterday evening, we are to partially close after Friday for the foreseeable future.

This announcement has raised many questions. I will be working today to try and plan what this means for our school community. I will be taking advice from other agencies and working to liaise with local schools.

As soon as we have further information on food vouchers and how and when these will be issued, we will inform you immediately.

We will also contact families regarding laptops in due course. All work will be sent home with children who are in school tomorrow. If your child is not in school, please could you send another person to collect the work for them. Please do not send anyone who is in self-isolation, has symptoms or who should not be leaving their homes.

Please bear with me today and I will get back to you all as soon as I can with further information. If you can refrain from sending questions to the office or calling, it would be appreciated. On the flip side, if we email you and ask for information, if you could be as prompt as possible with a response, we would be grateful. We appreciate that many of you are still trying to work through all this too.
