Dear Parents and Carers,
After yesterday’s announcements from the government, I would like to update you on the following:

 If any of your family have any of the symptoms, then you all need to self-isolate for
14 days. This means that any siblings of children who have symptoms of a cough or
a temperature, should stay at home too. This was new advice from yesterday's
government briefing.

 Whilst we are in this ‘in between’ stage with some children in and some children off
school, please do not ask for any packs of work. The staff’s priorities are with the
children in school at the moment and we are trying to keep them settled so we do not
alarm them further. Staff are working behind the scenes when they can, to produce
packs of work - but these will be for the long term, not for now.

 If a teacher is unable to come in, I will not be asking outside supply staff to cover.
Therefore, we will do our best to cover in school.

 Planned Parents’ Evening in April will be postponed
Guidance is most likely to change each day so we will keep you updated as we know more.
It is at times like this, when I realise what an honour it is to be Headteacher of such a
wonderful school – the children and staff team are incredible.

To the parent and family community of St Paul's, I thank you all for your support at this
time. Keep praying and taking care of each other - and please stay well.
Best wishes,

Mrs N Damms

Principal
