Attwell Farm Park

Dear Parents,
This year’s summer trip for Nursery and Reception Class will be to ‘Attwell Farm, in Tamworth on Wednesday 11th March 2020.

 We are asking for £11.50 per child
 We will leave school at 9.30 a.m. and will return to school by 3.00 p.m.
 A packed lunch will be provided for Reception Children.
 Nursery Children would have to provide their own packed lunch.

Payments can be made online via ParentPay. Total payment needs to be received by Friday 14th February 2020 at the very latest.

Please complete the consent form below and return it to school as soon as possible.
