Breakfast Club and After School Clubs

Dear Parents/Carers,

The guidance states that wrap around care can resume in the autumn term and we feel confident that we can offer provision on both sides of the school day with all areas being risk assessed and appropriate procedures put in place.

Breakfast club will be available from 7.35am in the hall. Children will then join their class bubble at the start of the school day. After school club will be from the end of the school day up until 4.30pm.

All clubs must be booked and paid for by the Thursday of the previous week for the entire week ahead e.g. to book for the week beginning Monday 7th September, you will need to login to Parent Pay by Thursday 3rd September, select your sessions for the following week and pay in full.  No bookings can be made on the day.  Your child will have to be brought up to the hall doors and ticked off on the register by a member of staff.  If they are not on the register, they will not be able to attend.  Again, if your child is not collected after school and has not been booked in advance for after school club, you will be fined as per our late collections policy.

We ask all parents to carefully consider their use of before and after school clubs and to only use if absolutely necessary.  This is to help prevent mixing of children from different bubbles and limit any potential spreading of infection should the issue arise.

As always, we thank you for your support and understanding with this.

Yours faithfully,

N.Damms
