Complaints Policy
COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
If you have a complaint parents are asked to follow the following procedures:
Meet with your child's class teacher
Meet with the Key Stage Leader
Meet with the Vice Principal
Meet with the Principal
We hope that one of the above will result in your complaint being resolved.
If you are still unhappy you are advised to follow our complaints procedure and put the issue in writing for the attention of the Executive Principal. If your complaint is about the Principal, it should be brought to the attention of Miss A Manning, Chair of the Local Academy Committee.
